About 8 or 9 months ago I found a pair of sunglasses that I absolutely loved and they were reasonably priced. A couple weeks ago I lost those glasses and promptly searched for them on the Internet. I found them at multiple online stores, but found your price, payment options and shipping policy to be the best, so I ordered them from you making a quick and easy payment via PayPal. The glasses promptly arrived (free shipping!) in about 3 or 4 days. However, I discovered that the ones I received were of a glossy black finish, and the ones I had before had a matte black finish. No problems, as I hadn't specified in the order which, and didn't even know that they came in two finishes. So, I emailed you guys to see if I could send them back and have them exchanged. Within an hour or two I received a nice reply stating that the ones with a matte black finish were in stock and that I need only send them back to be exchanged and that the shipment of the new ones would be covered. I did so, and about 6 or 7 days later the exact glasses I wanted arrived.
I just wanted to send you this email to thank you for wonderful and prompt customer service - a thing that is getting harder and harder to find these days.

Hey, I really loved my glasses and they got here fast. Loved being the operative word in this sentence. You see, I had a diamond ring in the console of my car, and my fitovers on my car seat. The theif took the fit overs and left the diamond ring. Go figure. I would have not been as upset if he took the ring and left the glasses.

Hi Gary,
"Could this be them already?" was the question racing through my mind as I took possession of the mysterious package. I could feel the love of the entire town of Locust Grove as I broke the seal of that magnificent box. As I sifted through the feather soft packaging I could detect the distinct yet subtle aromas of candle wax and satin. My anticipation grew as my hand brushed the delicate fibres of the pouch containing the prize. Slowly, almost teasingly I unravelled the drawstring. I didn't even realise I was holding my breath until I heard myself gasp as I was temporarily blinded by the shining perfection of those lenses. Now all that's left is to plummet at terminal velocity in the knowledge that the windows to my soul will be protected by my Birdz.

I am a regional sales manager for the mortgage division of a bank in Florida.
